Job description:
– Responsible for screening, filtering CV’s and keeping the database updated.
– Contact potential candidates via telephone and email to determine skills and interest level.
– Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques and headhunting.
– Conduct face to face interviews.
– Scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring Managers, presenting job offers and coordinate start dates for new hires.
– Support senior recruiters and the team in supplying and helping the candidates through the hiring process.
– setting the job description and requirements for client’s job posts.
– Conduct Referral checks.

Requirements:
– Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Majors : Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical and Industrial is Preferred).
– 0 to 2 years of experience in any field (Fresh grads are welcomed).
