For a very well-known International French Company located in Borg El Arab, Alexandria, a “Product Design Quality Engineer” is urgently needed.
Requirements:
• Sound knowledge in Quality management.
• 3- 5 year experience in laboratory and/or R&D and/or production.
• Experience in using CAD software.
• Good English

Job Description:
• Working directly with the project leaders, all components suppliers involved in the project development phases.
• Validating the pre-production (Pilot Run Validation) before starting production.
• Reviewing return rates prepared by the After Sales Quality Department and putting in place appropriate corrective actions.
• Applying appropriate methods (FMECA, risk-analysis, intra-Group exchange of experience, resorting to external experts)
• Putting in place regular team meetings to perform regular quality control.
• Place joint action plans with the production plant and suppliers
• Maintain the ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications, by adapting the processes to keep up with evolution of standards.
