A multinational company *Commodities industry* located in Alexandria – Egypt, is hiring a “Personal Assistant” for the Country Manager.
Job description:
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls and requests for HQ UK.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
• Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and occasionally, traveling with the Country Manger to take notes or dictation at meetings.
• Cash Tracking, expenses, reports, develops filling system hard copy and soft copies.
• Executing all kind researches requested by Country Manager.
• Taking meeting minutes.
• Plan in-house or off-site activities like parties, celebrations and conferences.
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Country Manager is well prepared for meetings.
• Handles meetings inside and outside the company and assisting with all reports required by the County Manager for HQ UK.

Requirements:
• Experience: 2-5 years in the same career.
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Flexibility in both the working hours & in dealing with the different situations.
