Key Responsibilities:
– Timekeeping and Attendance: Accurately gather and verify employee hours worked, resolving any discrepancies promptly to ensure precise data entry.
– Payroll Calculation: Compute correct payroll amounts, including overtime, deductions, and bonuses, using advanced payroll software for accuracy in every cycle.
– Payroll Processing: Execute pay orders electronically or manage the distribution of physical paychecks, ensuring all employees receive their pay on time.
– Tax and Benefits Administration: Process employee taxes in compliance with regulations and manage benefits payments, such as health insurance and retirement contributions.
– Compensation Management: Keep detailed records of hourly rates, wages, and benefits, updating the system with any changes for seamless payroll processing.
– Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for upper management and finance, summarizing payroll data and other relevant information.

Qualifications:
