Job Summary: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing director and team in the execution of marketing strategies, market research, and promotional campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity, as well as assisting in the development of marketing presentations and materials. This is a hands-on role that requires both creativity and analytical thinking, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape to keep the marketing team informed of the latest developments.
- Analyze and summarize data to prepare detailed reports that provide insights into market opportunities and challenges.
- Keep up-to-date with industry changes and identify new trends and opportunities for the company to explore.
- Marketing Strategy Support:
- Assist the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategies by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
- Help organize promotional presentations, ensuring that materials are professional, engaging, and aligned with the company’s brand image.
- Campaign Management & Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all parties are aligned.
- Provide clear instructions to the sales team on how to effectively use promotional materials and marketing campaigns to engage potential customers.
- Monitor the progress of campaigns, gathering feedback from the team and providing recommendations to optimize performance.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data, using data analytics tools and software to identify potential leads and target audiences.
- Work with the marketing and sales leadership to provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, helping to refine marketing strategies and maximize results.
- Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing detailed reports and recommendations for future improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role. Experience in conducting market research and managing promotional activities is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data using data analytics software. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret data to provide actionable insights and support marketing decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. The role requires frequent interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- Presentation Skills: Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders or external audiences. The ability to create visually appealing and informative presentations is essential.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Teamwork: The ability to work well in a collaborative environment, supporting the marketing team and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in English: Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, is required to communicate with international clients and partners.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiar with marketing software and tools, such as CRM platforms, social media management tools, and email marketing services.
Desired Skills (Preferred but not required):
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media management and online advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
