We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Human Resources and Training Manager to join a team dynamic team in a well known company located in Alexandria, Egypt.
Job Description:
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business and corporate strategy.
– Monitor and refine comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
– Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management strategies.
– Support current and future business needs through the strategic development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
– Work strategically on optimizing compensation and benefits structures.
– Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent within the animal nutrition industry.
– Nurture a positive working environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
– Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
– Cultivate a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts proactively.
– Act as a bridge between management and employees, handling demands, grievances, and other issues with empathy and resolution focus.
– Having open channels with the corporate HR team, implementing global projects and initiatives. Also, attending any corporate meetings whether online or at the corporate headquarters in Netherlands.
– Implement and oversee a performance appraisal system that not only assesses but also rewards employee contributions.
– Ensure legal compliance across all aspects of human resource management.
– Maintain competitive pay plans and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
– Organize impactful events for the company, contributing to employee engagement and organizational culture.
Job Requirements:
– A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum 7 years of overall experience with substantial experience in progressively responsible roles. Proven experience in managing diverse teams and departments. Prior experience in the agricultural or animal nutrition industry is beneficial.
– Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Egypt.
– Experience in strategic HR management aligning initiatives with overall business goals.
– Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Leadership and Management Skills.
– Excellent Communication Skills.
