For an International Company located in Cairo looking to hire “HR Manager”
Job Description:
• Recruitment experience both managerial white-collar positions and blue-collar employees.
• Strong experience about compensation and benefits, managing employee budget of the organization.
• Organizational development, career planning, and training programs development know how is also required.
• Strong legislation knowledge for employee records, payroll, hiring process and labor relations including blue-collar.
• Strong communication skills and outstanding leadership will be a strong asset.
• Driving standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes.

Qualifications:
• Graduated from Business Administration, Labor Economics or similar faculties of universities related field with HR.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience and the last couple of years spent at managerial roles.
• Strong coaching skills and having a positive and forward-looking mind.
• Analytical & strategic mindset with an ability to communicate with global HR teams.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Fluent level spoken English is required.
