Job Description:

As an HR Coordinator, you will be involved in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new hires. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. New Hire Coordination:

    • Efficiently schedule and oversee the completion of new hire checklists.
    • Assemble and create onboarding materials, ensuring accuracy and a professional presentation with attention to detail.
  2. Support and Communication:

    • Address any follow-up questions or support needs from involved parties.
    • Foster effective communication to streamline the onboarding process.
  3. Process Improvement:

    • Provide valuable input and recommendations for process improvements.
    • Ensure that all materials and documents are kept up-to-date to align with evolving best practices.
  4. Prioritization:

    • Exhibit the ability to prioritize assigned duties effectively, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  5. Outsourcing Management:

    • Collaborate with external service providers for outsourcing requirements.
    • Oversee the outsourcing process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
    • Maintain clear communication channels with outsourcing partners.
  6. Payroll Administration:

    • Contribute to payroll administration processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to resolve any payroll-related queries.
    • Stay updated on payroll regulations and implement necessary changes.
  7. Employee Documentation:

    • Manage and organize employee documentation in compliance with company policies.
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee records.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive employee database.
  8. Training and Development Support:

    • Collaborate with the HR team in organizing training sessions and development programs.
    • Support the planning and execution of employee development initiatives.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: From 0-1 year of experience in a related field. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate excellent proficiency in using Excel.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must.
