We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join an international company located in a multiple locations in Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Brand Positioning: Define the brand’s unique value proposition and differentiate it from competitors.
- Brand Identity: Oversee the creation and management of the brand’s visual identity, including logo, tagline, and brand guidelines.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and social media.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, track brand performance, and identify trends.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer experience by managing brand interactions and feedback.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand’s marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in brand management in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
