Join Our Team as a “Brand Manager”

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join an international company located in a multiple locations in Egypt.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Brand Positioning: Define the brand’s unique value proposition and differentiate it from competitors.
  • Brand Identity: Oversee the creation and management of the brand’s visual identity, including logo, tagline, and brand guidelines.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and social media.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, track brand performance, and identify trends.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer experience by managing brand interactions and feedback.
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Budget Management: Manage the brand’s marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in brand management in FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
