A well-known bank is hiring “Branch managers” in Sharqia & Menufya. with the following background:
• Manage the resources under his/ her responsibility.
• Follow up on staff evolution/ training needs through (coaching, training, micro management)
• Evaluate staff performance on regular basis in a constructive manner.
• Manage the Branch’s profitability by maximizing revenues and controlling overheads/expenses
• Market and cross sell existing and new Bank’s products / services
• Seek new business opportunities and develop them and maximize business growth
• Handle escalated customer issues, feedback and complaints
• Ensure that all staff are abiding to Bank policies/ procedures, KYC and all related to CBE & compliance regulation.
• Review, follow up and respond to any received audit comments .
• Follow up on KRI monthly reports to be within the acceptable thresholds.

Criteria:
• Excellent English language.
• Minimum 6 Years of banking experience.
• Good level of experience in both Operation & Sales.
• Bachelor, university degree.
