Main responsibilities related to the job:
- Managing the daily operations of the office to ensure that all administrative processes run efficiently and effectively.
- Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and proper archiving for future reference.
- Preparing, editing, and formatting reports, ensuring that all documentation is clear, accurate, and professionally presented.
- Creating detailed and accurate spreadsheets to track important data, helping with financial analysis, budgeting, or other business needs.
- Entering and updating information in relevant databases with a high level of precision, ensuring that all records are current and correctly maintained.
- Responsible for transferring paper documents into digital formats, ensuring that all information is properly categorized and easily retrievable for future use.
- Coordinating with different departments to manage administrative tasks and ensure all office functions are completed on time.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of efficient office procedures and policies to improve workflow.
- Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that day-to-day operations align with company goals.

- Educational Background:
