A multinational British company located in Maadi, Cairo. Egypt is hiring a “Senior Recruitment Specialist”
Responsibilities:
– Determines application requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
– Writing Job ads with all requirements and post them on all sources to collect CVs.
– Screening and filtering CVs to choose suitable candidates for the position.
– Conducting HR interviews, comparing qualifications to job requirements and evaluating candidates to have a shortlist of accepted candidates.
– Preparing and sending job offers for accepted candidates.

Requirements:
– 2-3 years of experience.
– Fluent English.
– Excellent use of Recruitment and sourcing channels.
– Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
– Excellent communication skills.
