Sales Analyst Job Responsibilities:
– Extract, consolidate & report the IMS by channel, category & distributor on a weekly & monthly basis vs target & PY.
– Report Active Customers performance by channel & category vs target on a weekly & monthly basis.
– Report top 10 customers by channel, distributor & total company on a monthly basis.
– Report MSL performance vs target on a weekly & monthly basis.
– Report the average drop size by channel & category on a monthly basis.
– Support the business partners/ cross functions with the needed reports in the monthly dashboard, planning & forecasting cycles.
– Ensure data mapping & customer item master are reflected properly in the distributor’s system and maintained on an up-to-date basis.
– Track the execution of the visibility projects by distributor, channel & customer vs target on a weekly & monthly basis.
– Consolidate and communicate the sales memo across all sales channels on a monthly basis.
– Build up the rebate reports by channel and communicate to the Finance.
– Communicate the sales & stock reports by a distributor to the SC & Finance teams on a monthly basis.
Education:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Years of experience:
– 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics within an FMCG environment.
Qualifications
– Fluent English (Written & Spoken).
– Excellent Excel experience.
– Excellent user of SAP/Oracle or any related system.
– Strong communication skills.
– Good Presentation skills.
